- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for 3-5 future horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on strategic foresight initiatives
- Author annual Future State Reports with data-driven predictions and recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future-proofing principles into product development and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
