Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across global industries
- Produce thought leadership publications and predictive models on future workforce evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on AI ethics, climate resilience, and digital transformation
- Analyze cross-industry convergence patterns to identify first-mover opportunities
- Design agile organizational blueprints for exponential change environments
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state business ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-state scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI, or space commercialization
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology or societal trends
- Mastery of data visualization tools for complex trend analysis
