- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives and key stakeholders
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports positioning Horizon Dynamics as a thought leader
- Manage cross-functional initiatives bridging technology, marketing, and product strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT) and market disruption patterns
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-suite decisions
