Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotechnology, and quantum systems to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-2025 market evolution
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing actionable strategies for 5+ year future horizons
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technological transitions
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
