Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Design predictive models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Create executive-ready reports translating complex future trends into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions and innovation pipelines
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, speaking engagements, and industry panels
- Maintain a dynamic ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, and biotechnology
- Certification in futures studies or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences
- PhD or Master's in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
