Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market evolution through 2026-2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' analyzing emerging tech impacts on industry verticals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks across departments
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech trajectories
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or thought leadership on future trends
