Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-2035 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Develop actionable roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and lead a global network of futurist thought partners
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technological signals for early opportunity identification
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready products
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
