Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps and strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs to track progress toward 2026 transformation goals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Author thought leadership content positioning company as 2026 innovation leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation (preferred)
