Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2035 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to model disruptive futures and organizational resilience strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-vision initiatives with business objectives
- Establish innovation incubators for prototyping next-gen human-machine symbiosis systems
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Author whitepapers on ethical frameworks for 2026's autonomous decision-making ecosystems
- Mentor a team of future architects in horizon scanning and trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-tech leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex adaptive systems
- Published thought leadership on 4th industrial transformation paradigms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or similar)
- Experience designing ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026-scale deployments
- Fluency in at least two future-proof programming languages (Python, Rust, etc.)
