Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map technological, societal, and economic shifts impacting 2026-2030 horizon
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for disruptive futures
- Produce trend intelligence briefs and predictive models for product development pipelines
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing emerging market needs
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and innovation summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
