Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps targeting 2026 market dominance across AI, biotech, and quantum computing sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts with 3-5 year impact
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen products and services
- Present executive briefings and board-level recommendations on emerging opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies with measurable KPIs
- Mentor innovation teams on foresight methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech startup experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, patents)
- Experience with C-level stakeholder management and board presentations
