Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological convergence trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) and assess business implications
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic priorities
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Build and manage an ecosystem of startup partnerships, academic institutions, and think tanks
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Measure and report on innovation KPIs using predictive analytics frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology adoption curves
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, AI, biotech convergence)
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, SFI) or equivalent practical experience
