- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for technological disruption
- Identify and evaluate emerging trends across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026+ market shifts
- Drive scenario planning for geopolitical and technological black swans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional narrative-building and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning for complex global systems
