Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, metaverse)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem with academic, startup, and corporate partners
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, Web3)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Experience leading global innovation teams and cross-cultural initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
