Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years in emerging tech or futurism
- Proven track record shipping products that anticipate future market needs
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts
- Graduate degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
