Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify and validate emerging paradigms through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Translate complex future projections into product roadmaps with measurable impact
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of external innovators and research partners
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and key stakeholders with compelling narratives
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of bringing paradigm-shifting concepts to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, bio, AI, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field with peer-reviewed research
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough innovations with measurable impact
