Responsibilities
- Design and deploy next-generation AI/ML systems for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on autonomous decision-making frameworks
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8+ engineers in developing quantum-entangled neural networks
- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring alignment with human values and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to develop brain-computer interfaces for enhanced human-AI symbiosis
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development for proprietary AI technologies with commercialization potential
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 7+ years of applied ML experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, federated learning, and neural-symbolic integration
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Proven track record of leading AI projects with $5M+ budgets and 50+ team members
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and responsible AI practices
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and distributed computing frameworks
