Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic vision for emerging technologies including AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in scenario planning for societal impacts of disruptive innovations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global research organizations
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for executive stakeholders and investors
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with potential $1B+ market impact
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or human-machine symbiosis
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotechnology
- Experience advising C-suite teams on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing initiatives for Fortune 500 companies
