Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework through continuous research and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate emerging tech applications
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive board on disruptive market shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to co-create future solutions
- Design and execute scenario planning exercises for enterprise-level disruption preparedness
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to foster next-gen talent
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consultancy
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging tech (journal/conference)
- Proven experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio of 3+ future-state scenarios successfully implemented
