Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop whitepapers and thought leadership frameworks for industry adoption
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to integrate next-gen solutions into their ecosystems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and human-centric design
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement
