Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework, analyzing disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with 2026 societal and business landscapes
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and venture capital firms to shape emerging ecosystems
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders, translating complex technological possibilities into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on the future of human-technology symbiosis
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists through rigorous scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years of strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI) and their societal implications
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex interdependencies between technological, economic, and social factors
- Credibility as a keynote speaker or published author on future-oriented topics
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful execution of 5+ future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
