Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions

- Mentor teams in emerging technology adoption and future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy with proven 2026+ technology roadmap delivery
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi method)
