- Develop and execute the 2026-2035 technology innovation framework
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, neurotech) and commercialization pathways
- Lead cross-functional labs to prototype next-gen solutions
- Design ethical governance frameworks for disruptive technologies
- Present future scenarios to investors and executive stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor R&D teams in human-centered design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching scalable innovation programs
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurology
- Strong data analytics and scenario planning skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
