Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-focused initiatives
- Partner with product development to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on future scenarios and strategic implications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing stakeholders across all levels
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
