Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent
