Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with measurable ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating breakthrough innovations
- Analyze global tech trends, patent landscapes, and regulatory shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Present futuristic scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture principles
- Author thought leadership papers on next-generation technology paradigms
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to market deployment
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums (TED, CES, etc.)
