Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technology trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing innovations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and Board of Directors
- Build and lead an internal innovation lab focused on 2026+ capabilities
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership reports on the future of digital transformation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning methodologies
- Published research or speaking engagements at global tech conferences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-focused initiatives
