Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging fields including quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, and climate-positive systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, space tech, and decentralized systems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture partners to secure strategic funding and resources
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape future policy frameworks
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design thinking and long-term scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology development
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with global impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Published work in foresight journals or keynote presentations at global tech forums
