Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret global trends in technology, society, and business to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for technological adoption and innovation leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align innovation initiatives with business objectives.
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for emerging technologies.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and other emerging fields.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Planning, Future Studies, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies.
