Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for 2026 technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Produce annual Horizon Scan Report
- Design strategic innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-tech integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align 2026 product roadmaps with future-proofing principles
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 technological inflection points
- Build an internal Futures Council
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing actionable 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Advanced certification in futures studies (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent applied research
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios adopted by Fortune 500 companies
- Mastery of horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrix)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems preferred
