Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global technological, economic, and social trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (quantum AI, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Design strategic roadmaps for market entry into emerging 2026-era industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and venture teams
- Present trend insights to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills
- Certification in scenario planning or systems thinking preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementations
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trend Hunter)
