Responsibilities

- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and validate emerging trends across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks to predict market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services (portfolio required)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
