Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide R&D investments and product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Build and maintain relationships with global thought leaders, startups, and research institutions
- Create scenario-based models for climate tech, AI ethics, and sustainable urban development
- Translate complex future projections into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
- Oversee the incubation of moonshot projects targeting 2026 breakthrough capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in futures research, innovation strategy, or emerging technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Published work in foresight journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
