Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic business models
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Spearhead Horizon's annual 'Future Vision' symposium series
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (books, whitepapers, keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management preferred
