Responsibilities

- Facilitate cross-functional ideation workshops with R&D, product, and design teams
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Identify and prioritize emerging markets and competitive threats
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) into core business
- Mentor junior futurists and establish innovation KPI framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with Delphi method, trend impact analysis, and SWOT futures
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
