- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a cross-functional futurist network spanning R&D, marketing, and operations
- Quantify future market opportunities through data-driven trend analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
