Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technology trends (2026-2030) across AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to patent breakthrough methodologies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry futurists and tech pioneers
- Drive cultural adoption of innovation mindsets across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record predicting market shifts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Future Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
