- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic adaptation planning
- Design and validate prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) strategic roadmaps
