As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research scientists, and product architects to develop blueprints for the next generation of digital experiences. You'll leverage predictive analytics, emerging tech trends, and human behavior studies to create roadmaps that anticipate market shifts and pioneer solutions for 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory changes, and societal shifts to forecast industry landscapes through 2026
- Develop and present strategic innovation roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026-readiness across all business units
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend research
- Produce quarterly foresight reports for executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or tech forecasting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFIP) or similar
