Responsibilities

- Develop 2026+ strategic scenarios for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate future scenarios to stakeholders
- Identify disruptive business models and market shifts before they enter mainstream consciousness
- Advise executive leadership on long-term technology adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
