Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Lead a matrix of 15+ specialists across R&D, design, and implementation teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global innovation labs
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and climate-positive technologies
- Present quarterly innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal skunkworks initiatives
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Horizons Fellowship' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
- 10+ years leading disruptive tech initiatives with measurable market impact
- Published research in quantum algorithms, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Proven track record of securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in futures methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented technologies or industry-defining frameworks
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and ethical AI governance
