Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for quantum computing and synthetic biology integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen human-AI collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with ethical implications
- Design governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Present strategic innovation briefings to board stakeholders and investors
- Partner with academic institutions to shape post-quantum cryptography standards
- Launch incubation programs for disruptive startups in emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in futurism or innovation strategy
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling ethical AI frameworks in enterprise environments
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, FTC)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies for complex technological disruption
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
