Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for technological disruptions
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of radical experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech sector
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation funding
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents
