As the architect of our 2026 innovation roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global thought leaders. Your mission: identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, anticipate societal shifts, and guide our organization through the technological inflection points that will define the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-generation solutions (AI, quantum, bio-integration)
- Anticipate global market disruptions and regulatory impacts on emerging tech ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present futuristic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide culture of anticipatory thinking
- Conduct horizon scanning across 12 emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) required
