Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with proven 2020+ tech disruption impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering

- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q# or Quil)
