- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with global market trends

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026 market potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation into core business operations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem for emerging tech partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons, innovation sprints, and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Strong portfolio of launched innovations with measurable business impact
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
