Responsibilities
- Forecast technological and societal trends through 2026 using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech innovation
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Partner with product teams to incubate 2026-ready commercial prototypes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis (PESTEL, Delphi methods) and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI safety, and bio-convergence
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech commercialization projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (preferred) or relevant domain expertise
