Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototypes for quantum-encrypted communications and sentient AI systems
- Identify and secure IP opportunities in nanotechnology, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and global research institutions
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies to ensure responsible deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (3+ products launched)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or nanoscale engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
