Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year strategic plans aligned with emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce high-impact deliverables including scenario analyses, technology roadmaps, and innovation frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with company vision and growth objectives
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments affecting future markets
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
