As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive trends, develop strategic frameworks, and incubate next-generation initiatives. You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies while maintaining our ethical and sustainable innovation standards.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ landscape shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI governance)
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against future-state objectives
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Strong data modeling and statistical forecasting abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
